Frontier to merge with Spirit Airlines in deal valued at $6.6 billion

CNBC's Phil LeBeau joins 'Squawk Box' to report that Frontier Airlines and Spirit Airlines will merge in a deal valued at $6.6 billion. Frontier will control 51.5% of the new airline.
