According to a new survey of more than 350 executives, 70% plan to phase employees back in and 77% expect their workforce will be a hybrid model with a portion in-office and a portion at home. The majority of those polled also say they do not plan to mandate employee vaccinations. Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network and the man behind the survey, joined "Squawk Box" on Wednesday to discuss the results.
