Cindy and Ron Ecklund were enjoying a quiet Saturday on their porch when their dog, Tucker, ran toward a creek near their house, barking uncontrollably. When the couple went to retrieve the dog, they saw who Tucker was barking at -- Michael Burham, an escaped prisoner who had been on the run for nine days in Pennsylvania.
