Trump lawyer David Schoen unloaded on Democrats saying they denied former President Donald Trump due process and have wanted to impeach him from day 1. He also warned senators that a vote to proceed on the second impeachment trial of the former president would set a precedent that lawmakers could be impeached at any time, even when out of office.
