In the Senate today…work on the nomination of Jamar Walker to be a U.S. District Court judge for Eastern Virginia….

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on President Biden's loan forgiveness plan tomorrow…

The cases: Biden v. Nebraska and U.S. Department of Education v. Brown…are set to start at 10am ET…

At issue: whether the administration is overstepping its authority by relieving the debt....
