Senate Judiciary Committee holds a hearing on Supreme Court Justice ethics, after recent reports that some justices did not reports gifts and real-estate sales that could be potential conflicts of interest. Committee's Democratic Chair Dick Durbin saying the Supreme Court has "refused" to "step up and fix this themselves." Committee's ranking republican Lindsey Graham criticizing what he calls "a concentrated effort by the left to delegitimize this court and to cherry-pick examples to make a point”.
