A Justice Department civil rights investigation launched after the killing of George Floyd by police, concludes the Minneapolis police department engaged in a pattern of violating the constitutional rights of Black and Native Americans. We hear from Attorney General Merrick Garland on the report and talk with USA Today Justice Department reporter Bart Jansen (4).
