After several automakers announced plans to remove AM radios from electric cars moving forward, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) sprung into action to introduce legislation to save consumers' ability to tune into AM stations. Working alongside Senator Ed Markey (D-MA), Senator Cruz created the "AM for Every Vehicle Act," which has gained popular bipartisan support in Congress.
