Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich was wrongfully detained in Russia months ago after they accused him of espionage. More bad news followed this week, as Gershkovich lost his appeal to the charges and will now remain imprisoned until August. Fox News' Ben Hall speaks first with House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul about the uphill battle the U.S. faces in negotiating the return of Americans like Gershkovich and retired Marine Paul Whelan who are detained in Russia, the weakness of the Biden administration’s negotiations, and what the nation must do instead of prisoner swaps. Later, Ben Hall speaks with the brother of the detained Paul Whelan, David Whelan, about concerns for his brother’s safety and why more must be done to save Paul and Evan, who are suffering in Russian prison. #foxnews
