A Proposed Amendment Aims to Fully Abolish Slavery in America | The Mehdi Hasan Show

Many people think slavery was abolished in America in 1865 with the ratification of the 13th amendment. But part of that amendment still includes a phrase that makes slavery legal — and a bipartisan group of activists and lawmakers are trying to change that. Bianca Tylek, executive director of prisoner rights group Worth Rises, discusses the Abolition Amendment.
