Biden slams Trump: 'Only president other than Herbert Hoover to lost jobs'

President Biden addressed The United Auto Workers union members in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday after receiving their endorsement. He went on to criticize former President Donald Trump for hoping for a recession, saying "He's the only president other than Herbert Hoover who lost jobs when he was president."
