'Birth certificate of multiracial democracy': NAACP Atty makes case to save Voting Rights Act

Janai Nelson, president and director-counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, argued her first case in front of the Supreme Court this week, defending Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which protects voters from racial gerrymandering.
