Bishop William J. Barber, president and senior lecturer at Repairers of the Breach, calls for 100 days of mobilization and 1,000 marches nationwide on the first day of midterm early voting amid Republican efforts to restrict access to the ballot box. Bishop Barber and Anderson Clayton, chair of the North Carolina Democratic Party, join MS NOW's Jonathan Capehart to discuss voting access in North Carolina where Republicans in control of the state's election administration are trying to reduce Sunday voting and polling locations on college campuses.
