BREAKING: Judge denies Minnesota effort to end 'Operation Metro Surge'

A federal judge has denied Minnesota’s effort to temporarily halt ICE’s Operation Metro Surge. In a statement, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said the operation “has not brought public safety” and described it as an “invasion" that needs to stop.
