BREAKING: New York AG's office reaches settlement with NRA defendant Joshua Powell

Attorney General Leticia James announced her office has reached a settlement with one of the defendants in case against the National Rifle Association. Joshua Powell, former executive director of operations of the NRA and chief of staff to Wayne LaPierre, agreed to pay $100,000.
