Congress fails to avert childcare cliff crisis

Federal child care funding has expired and congress failed to extend it. As a result, as many as 70,000 child care programs could close, impacting over three million children. Democratic congresswoman Sara Jacobs has been fighting to create universal childcare. She joined American Voices host Alicia Menendez to discuss the ongoing child care crisis.
