Idalia leaves southeast with mass power outages

NBC News' Angie Lassman has the latest details on the impact of Idalia, which has left around 300,000 customers without power in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Idalia is expected to move offshore today, but it is likely to remain a tropical storm as it does so.
