Maine protesters rally against DHS “Operation Catch of the Day”

DHS confirmed to MS NOW that over 100 people have been arrested this week in what they are calling "Operation Catch of The Day" in Maine.
Many residents say they are concerned for people of color being targeted, especially immigrants from the Somali, Sudanese and Congolese communities.
Today's ICE OUT protest was moved indoors because of the freezing temps, but once the venue reached capacity, people gathered peacefully outside.
Maine is one of the least diverse states in the country and it also has one of the lowest crime rates.
Immigrants make up less than 5% of the population and majority of them are legal.
