OMB Director Russ Vought: Shutdown job cuts could 'end up north of 10,000'

The Senate has failed to pass a funding bill for the ninth time as the government shutdown continues into a third week. Earlier today, Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought says they may end up cutting over 10,000 jobs.
