Pentagon Placing Units On 'Heightened Preparedness' As Ukraine Tensions Build

Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby spoke to reporters as the military places U.S. troops on a "heightened preparedness to deploy" should NATO choose to intervene in Ukraine as tensions rise. He added that no decision has been made yet whether to deploy troops to Europe yet.
