'Potentially provocative': House Democrat on seizure of another oil tanker off Venezuelan coast

The U.S. Coast Guard intercepted another oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Saturday. This marks the second such operation by the U.S. in recent weeks, following the Dec. 10 seizure of an oil tanker that Attorney General Pam Bondi said was smuggling sanctioned oil from Iran to Venezuela.
