Providence Mayor: Two people dead, 8 injured at Brown University

Providence Mayor Brett Smiley confirmed that two people were killed and eight others are in critical but stable condition following an active shooting Saturday afternoon on Brown University’s campus. No suspect is in custody and the community is urged to continue sheltering in place. This is a developing story.
