Rep. Kevin Kiley on the 'compromise' bipartisan proposal to extend ACA subsidies

Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA) joins The Weekend: Primetime to talk about the bipartisan effort he's leading to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies for two years. "I don't think it's a good thing for 22 million Americans to suddenly have to pay double or more for their health insurance," Kiley says. "What we've offered is a compromise that I think appeals to Democrats and Republicans alike... Let's make reforms with cost controls so that we actually do this in a fiscally responsible way."
