RNC member scraps plan for resolution to declare Trump presumptive nominee

A Republican National Committee member presented a resolution to declare former President Donald Trump the party's "presumptive" presidential nominee, then withdrew the proposal, NBC News reports. Former Rep. Carlos Curbelo and Columnist Dean Obeidallah join MSNBC's Ayman Mohyeldin to discuss.
