Schiff: Enforcing Subpoenas Tests ‘Principle No One Is Above The Law’

On Tuesday, the select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection will hold a vote to refer Steve Bannon for criminal charges of contempt, after Bannon refused to comply with their subpoena yesterday. Rep. Adam Schiff, who is on the Jan. 6 select committee, joins Joy Reid to discuss.
