Trump and Iran send mixed signals on war, peace talks

Mixed messages continue out of the United States and Iran. President Trump yesterday once again threatened new military strikes on Tehran before announcing he had, once again, called off the attacks. Trump claimed progress in negotiations as the reason for backing off the strikes yesterday. Tehran, however, is at least publicly telling a different story.
