President Trump continues his tour of red states today, holding a rally in Clemson, South Carolina. He is going there in support of Republican Sen. Darline Graham, who is in a competitive race against Democrat Annie Andrews, in a state that has not elected a Democrat since 1998. On Tuesday night, Trump was in North Carolina campaigning for Michael Whatley — his hand-picked candidate in the state's U.S. Senate race. Meanwhile, the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll shows Trump's approval rating has fallen to 31%, the lowest level recorded during either of his two terms in office. Julia Manchester, White House correspondent for The Hill, joins Way Too Early to break it all down.
