Trump claims victory in Iran without any concrete deal

As the war with Iran enters week three, President Trump has claimed multiple times the United States has won. And yet, there is no deal to speak of, at least 13 U.S. servicemembers have died, and more civilians in the Middle East are dying and becoming displaced.
