Trump ends rough week as Dems feel strengthened in shutdown fight

Donald Trump ended the week pushing the GOP to nuke the filibuster, saying Republicans are being hurt more by the shutdown, and insisting that he's making life affordable for Americans despite what voters had to say at the polls.
