White House announces 'peace framework' after Ukraine peace talks

Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other U.S. officials, including President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, met with Ukrainian leaders in Geneva to discuss a potential peace deal with Russia. But it comes after Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) said that a 28-point proposal that administration officials have described as Trump’s peace plan for Ukraine was, instead, a Russian wish list for peace negotiations.
