Why are lawmakers seeing the Caribbean boat strike video like they’re in ‘two different universes?’

Navy Admiral Frank Bradley briefed Congress members this week on the controversial second strike made on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean, but the conclusions drawn from those Congress members is oddly split along party lines. Retired Lieutenant General Mark Hertling joins Alex Witt to weigh in and discusses why it’s a concern that what is shown in the video can’t even be agreed on by those who viewed it.
