Judge Aileen Cannon today rejected Donald Trump's bid to have his classified documents case dismissed on the grounds that the Presidential Records Act allowed him to declassify the documents in his possession, a seeming victory for special counsel Jack Smith, but for the way Cannon framed her response. Andrew Weissmann, former federal prosecutor and co-host of the Prosecuting Donald Trump podcast discusses with Alex Wagner.
