A notice of violation has been filed by community members filing citing a video showing US Border Patrol chief, Gregory Bovino, appearing to throw at least one tear gas canister at protesters in Chicago. The filing accuses Bovino of being in potential violation of a federal judge’s temporary restraining order restricting federal agents from using aggressive crowd control tactics at Chicago anti-ICE protests. #CNN #news
