Elon Musk may be on the hook for $1B to get out of Twitter purchase

Elon Musk is trying to back out of his $44 billion purchase of Twitter. Twitter has said that they are committed to the deal and will pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement. CNN's Brian Stelter reports.
