A defendant attacked Judge Mary Kay Holthus in Clark County, Nevada. The court says Judge Holthus experienced some minor injuries and a marshal was taken to a local hospital. The court said they are reviewing security protocols after the incident.
CNN reached out to Deobra Redden’s attorney for a statement but did not immediately hear back.
