This year’s Thanksgiving travel period is expected to be the busiest in 15 years, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. About 73 million are projected to hit the road, with an estimated 6 million set to take to the skies. It’s getting cold for some parts of the country as a blast of Arctic air moves east. But traveling through airports has been pretty smooth so far, with only a few disruptions due to weather.
