Minneapolis mayor: ICE and Noem are making city 'far less safe'

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, in an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper, doubled down on his claims that ICE operations are making the city less safe after Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem urged him to tone down the rhetoric following the killing of Renee Nicole Good.
