President Biden on U.S. - China Relations

During a press conference from Hanoi, Vietnam, President Biden was asked about relations with China and Chinese President Xi's concerns that the U.S. was trying to "contain China." The president said, "it's not about containing China, it's about having a stable base … in the Indo-Pacific." He also addressed a question on China's economy.
