President Biden: "Finally, 'Infrastructure week.' I'm so happy to say that. Infrastructure week...We did something that’s long overdue, that long has been talked about in Washington but never actually been done. The House of Representatives passed an Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act. That's a fancy way of saying a bipartisan infrastructure bill."
The president also says he'll sign the bill soon. "Vice President Harris and I look forward to having a formal signing ceremony for this bipartisan infrastructure soon...I'm not doing it this weekend because I want people who worked so hard to get this done, Democrats & Republicans, to be here when we sign it."
