"Unsafe and Unprofessional Intercept"

Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder confirms two Russian aircraft conducted "unsafe and unprofessional intercept" with an unmanned U.S. Air Force aircraft in international airspace: "This incident demonstrates a lack of competence in addition to being unsafe and unprofessional."
