Following debate and a failed cloture vote on Voting Rights legislation, the U.S. Senate voted on changing the rules of the filibuster. The measure failed, 52-48, with Democratic Senators Manchin and Sinema voting along with Senate Republicans. The 60-vote threshold remains intact.
