Washington Today (8/21/2023): Fmr. President Trump’s bond set at $200K in Fulton County case

President Biden traveled to Hawaii as authorities continued to search for more than 800 people missing after the catastrophic wildfires there. We'll hear from the White House and FEMA administrator Deanne Criswell coming up. According to court filings, a judge has signed off on a $200,000 bond for Donald Trump in the Georgia election case. The order forbids the former president from intimidating any co-defendants or witnesses in the case as he awaits trial. And a new poll out today in Iowa shows those Georgia indictments have only helped the president increase his lead among Republican voters. At that and more coming up.
