Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) announces he is running for president, challenging incumbent Joe Biden for the 2024 Democratic nomination. He filed paperwork in Concord, NH to get on the ballot in that state.

Rep. Phillips says he is the only candidate who can beat the likely Republican party nominee, former President Donald Trump, and it is time for a new generation of leaders.
